Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and qualified Construction Trainer Assessor to join our clients dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment for learners in construction, particularly at Levels 2 and 3, across various funded programs. Key Responsibilities: Training&Assessment: Conducting training and assessment using a variety of different methods as part of the delivery of qualifications at levels 2-3, to ensure the successful outcome for the full achievement of the programme in line with contractual requirements. Employer Collaboration: Work closely with employers to plan and deliver training in line with agreed schedules. Deliver training modules at employers’ premises to both group and individual learners. E-Portfolio Management: Utilize OneFile to track and document learner progress. On-Site Training: Conduct teaching and learning sessions at employer premises and workplace visits. Reporting&Compliance: Generate monthly progress reports and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet training and certification needs. Program Evaluation: Collaborate with the training team to evaluate and improve training programs. Ensure compliance: To ensure all operators are compliant with current legislative (i.e. DVLA, CITB, NPORS, VOSA) and company standards. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in plant operation and construction. Experience in training and assessing NVQs in Construction. Proficiency with e-portfolios and delivering workplace-based training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to follow processes effectively. Enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away from home. Required Qualifications: Relevant accreditation to train NPORS and/or CPCS. Valid teaching qualification (minimum PTLLS). Recognized NVQ Assessor Qualification (e.g., A1, D32, D22, TAQA). Level 2 qualifications in specialist sectors of delivery. Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above.
