We have vacancies at both Doncaster and North Lindsey College Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Prepare learning materials, mark assignments, and ensure learning goals are met. Programme Management: Contribute to course verification, leadership, and significant research or consultancy activities. Student Support: Manage the classroom environment, teach various courses, and assess students to meet their individual learning needs. Recruitment: Select and enrol full-time and part-time students, meeting enrolment targets. Professional Development: Participate in staff development activities and update skills as required.Criteria: Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification at level 3, and appropriate teaching qualification (or willing to work towards one). Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a lecturing or training role within the Further and Higher Education sector is desirable. Skills: Knowledge of innovative teaching techniques, internal quality processes, and curriculum development, including the use of ICT.
