Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing 'A'level(s) is a plus. Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors.
