Location: Glenfield Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid (until mid-June) Working Hours: 37 hours per week We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Children and Family Services team on a temporary basis. This role is essential for providing high-quality database support, managing referral processes, and offering clerical family responses. The ideal candidate will be flexible, cooperative, and committed to safeguarding and supporting colleagues and clients. Day-to-day of the role: Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Perform database entry tasks, manage case notes, upload documents, and send correspondence within given timelines and to a high standard. Contact parents/carers, referrers, and other agencies as directed to clarify or seek additional information. Raise invoices and purchase order numbers Manage large volumes of data on excel Required Skills& Qualifications: Experience in database management and clerical support within a similar setting. Strong proficiency in various IT systems and excel Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
