Key Responsibilities: Coordination: Manage and allocate service engineers from your designated depot. Scheduling: Book all breakdowns and logged jobs for your area, ensuring smooth operations. Administration: Input engineers' timesheets and process invoicing for all completed repairwork. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent requests. What We're Looking For: Team Player: Work closely with colleagues, valuing the importance of collaboration.
