Job Overview: As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you will handle the entire recruitment process as an individual contributor. Offer Management: Collaborate with internal teams to build competitive offers and negotiate successfully with candidates. Data Management and Reporting: Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity and proactively share data-centric updates. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities. Partner with wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.  Required Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability and solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle with relevant experience in end-to-end technology recruitment. Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Proven track record in engagingand influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor. Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
