What You’ll Do: Month End Close : Oversee the month end to ensure smooth and timely financial reporting. Financial Reporting : Produce management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, providing actionable insights to senior management. Budgeting& Forecasting : Manage the annual budget process and contribute to group reporting, ensuring financial targets are met. Analysis : Dive into financial data, analysing overheads, labour recovery rates, and WIP/manufacturing overheads, delivering high-quality reports and commentary. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and controls. Compliance& Accuracy : Ensure compliance with financial procedures, maintaining integrity and transparency in all financial activities. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications : CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified. Technical Skills : Advanced Excel skills and experience with data management and analysis. Problem-Solver : Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Team Player : Able to collaborate with stakeholders but also comfortable taking ownership of tasks. Deadline-Driven : Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality work under pressure. The role is office based 5 days a week in Gosport and the company offer an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday.
