SENIOR SALES&LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR ESTATE AGENT Basic salary up to£25,000 Plus uncapped bonus scheme Our client is a well-established independent estate agents with an unrivalled reputation for delivering exceptional customer service They are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales&Lettings Negotiator to add to their existing team As a Senior Sales&Lettings Negotiator you will have a proven track record in negotiating and securing residential property sales alongside upselling the clients associated services As a successful Senior Negotiator you will need to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation, initiative and a commitment to achieve individual and team objectives in a fast paced environment In addition as a Senior Sales&Lettings Negotiator you will need strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills along with a keen eye for recognising new business development opportunities As a Senior Negotiator your main duties will include: * Providing support to the Branch Manager and other team members * Effectively handling enquiries and queries both over the telephone and face to face * Registering potential purchasers and matching their requirements against available * Organising and attending up to 10 residential viewings per week * Negotiating with vendors and purchasers to secure a successful sale * Upselling other services including mortgage appointments and conveyancing * Effectively managing your time, prioritising tasks, meeting targets and deadlines * Working closely with the Branch Manager to generate additional valuation appointments * Ensuring vendor and purchaser details are accurately added on to the system * Remaining compliant and delivering first class customer service at all times PLEASE NOTE only candidates with a proven track record in estate agency will be considered for the position So if you are looking for an autonomous negotiator’s role with a well-established estate agent with an excellent reputation we would like to talk to you now In the first instance contact Anita or Jodie in complete confidence, at Career Studio any time up until 7pm any
