Key Responsibilities * Launch&Grow a New Division– Take full ownership of building and expanding a specialist recruitment desk. * Sales&Business Development– Proactively generate leads, secure new business, and establish strong client relationships. * Build&Maintain a Sales Pipeline– Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of client prospects. * Target&KPI Management– Work towards and exceed set sales targets and KPIs. * Candidate Marketing&Speculative Approaches– Identify and market top candidates to create new opportunities. * Negotiation&Fee Agreements– Secure the best possible fees for the business while maximising your commission earnings. * Relationship Building – Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner. * Client&Candidate Management– Match high-quality candidates with client requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle. * Travel to Clients – Attend face-to-face meetings to strengthen partnerships and close deals. * Market Insights&Strategy– Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying growth opportunities to expand the division.
