FINTEC recruit is seeking a Senior Property Salesperson for our property services client .  This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 pm., working alternative Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.  Salary base is up to £30,000 with OTE up to circa £60,000 plus company car/fuel allowance.  This role is based in Iver, near Slough and you will be familiar with the area in providing property services and developing relationships with local landlords. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of sales, which include property sales, valuations, financial appointments, sign ups, conveyancing etc Oversee daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum viewings, valuations etc Conduct canvassing and viewings Manage the sales process which includes liaison with solicitors, buyers and sellers Manage negotiations, securing offers and maximise business growth Conduct propertyvaluations and preparing pre-valuation information Skills and experience required for the Senior Salesperson At least 2-3 years of experience at a Senior Negotiator level Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings Proven experience in sales progression and valuations Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills A valid UK driving license Full details are available on application.
