Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior stakeholders Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights Support with year-end reporting, audit processes, and statutory accounts Collaborate with department heads to improve financial understanding and cost control Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations Mentor and support junior members of the finance team Requirements: Proven experience in a similar senior accounting or finance role Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
