Eden Brown has an opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect in Riyadh working on one of the world's largest and most ambitious urban regeneration projects that combines culture, history, and innovation. My client specialises in complex and innovative construction projects worldwide and they are overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will report to the Design Manager and play a key role in shaping the programs vision through innovative and sustainable landscape designs. You must have experience of large scale multi-disciplinary projects ideally urban regeneration and transit-oriented developments, contributing landscape and public realm design inputs through pre-concept, concept and detailed masterplan. Responsibilities include: Creative Design: Expertise in all aspects of concept, schematic and detailed design including specification writing and contribution to design guidelines. Project Oversight: Manage the design process for public spaces, parks, green corridors, and urban landscapes aimed at promoting and creating walkable and cyclable urban spaces. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align landscape designs with overall project goals. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet environmental, cultural, and regulatory standards. Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and execution. What We're Looking For Qualifications: A degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field. Experience: Extensive expertise in landscape design and delivery, particularly on large-scale urban regeneration or cultural projects. Membership: You must be a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers. Regional Experience: We are looking for candidates in the region who hold a transferable Iqama.
