Responsibilities of the Senior Family Lawyer Dispute resolution. Resolve client claims handling settlements or preparing for court. Draft, negotiate and review court documents. Financial consent orders and injunctions. Responsible for own admin and typing with support from paralegals. Requirements for a successful Senior Family Lawyer Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Proven private family law and existing litigation experience in matrimonial finance and private child law cases. Excellent commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of the legal market. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word. Highly organised and able to prioritise. Able to take a structured approach and framework. Commercially minded and forward thinker.
