Key Responsibilities * Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to ensure students receive the attention they need. * Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to students’ needs. * Support classroom activities and helpcreate an inclusive, supportive learning environment. * Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers to help refine support strategies. * Foster a motivating and encouraging environment that inspires students to achieve their best. What We’re Looking For * A genuine desire to help students succeed. * Strong verbal and written communication abilities. * A compassionate approach to supporting students with diverse needs. * Flexibility to handle different situations and challenges. * Prior experience working with children or young people in any capacity is highlydesirable. * An enhanced DBS on the Online Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
