SEMH Teaching Assistant - Full Time Location: Hounslow Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: Based on experience We are seeking an experienced and caring SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Music or PE, and a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs in both individual and group settings. Assist with the delivery of lessons and ensure the effective engagement of students. Provide emotional and academic support to help students overcome barriers to learning. Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with SEMH students. A background in Music or PE is highly desirable.
