About Your Role
Support the execution of security strategy and delivery for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain (CCEP), underthe guidance of the Regional Security Officer Corporate Security, and Integrity.
Act as a backup for the Regional Security Officer, assisting in delivering security for the business unit as needed.
Liaise with law enforcement, government, and public agencies on behalf of CCEP to acquire intelligence, support criminal investigations, and ensure compliance with legislation and internal security protocols.
Provide expertise across a wide range of security-related issues, driving innovation in security planning.
Ensure the security of CCEP employees, Board members, Executive Leaders, resources, and the brand, protecting against criminal, ideological, and political threats.
Coordinate criminal and fraudulent investigations that pose a threat to CCEP staff, resources, or reputation.
Collaborate with security experts in government and private sectors to develop risk analyses and respond to major incidents.
Maintain and expand an extensive external network of security contacts.
Offer advice and guidance on managing security risks, participating in incident management as required.
Oversee security for multiple business facilities, supporting peer security colleagues and business units where necessary.
Ensure a safe working environment for all CCEP staff, taking personal responsibility for risk management on behalf of the company.
Provide executive protection at planned events when needed.
Oversee security for all GB production and storage facilities, excludingHQ, acting as the direct site security contact reporting to the Regional Security Manager.
Lead all on-site investigations and physical security operations.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Operations Specialist to support and enhance the security of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). In this role, you will establish and maintain security procedures, standards, and COBC guidelines to protect employees and resources from physical, cyber, and perceived threats. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with legislation, H&S regulations, and CCEP policies. Your responsibilities will include managing site security strategies, optimising security technology, and coordinating preventive and remedial actions against criminal activity.
This role requires a strong collaborator with excellent investigative skills to lead investigations into stock loss, fraud, and other security breaches. You will engage with third-party security providers, oversee contractual relationships, and maintain key performance indicators to ensure the safety of CCEP facilities. Additionally, you will develop training programs to promote awareness of security protocols and manage relations with law enforcement and government bodies. Your contributions will be vital to protecting CCEP's people, products, and reputation.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
Relevant academic education and formal security qualifications are preferred such as ASIS
Proven experience in law enforcement, or security experience in international or multinational organisations.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time UK wide (with some European travel)
