Optima are actively searching for for a Telesales Representative to come and join a client of ours who are a leader within their industry across Scotland and they looking to expand their sales division. With the office based in Coatbridge you will need to live within a commutable distance as this is an office-based role, ideally no more than around a 25 minute commute. Our clients package includes the following: * Basic salary of£25,000. * Uncapped commission, OTE expected around £35k-£40k. * Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm working hours. * 25 Days holiday + bank holidays. * Family run business with lots of progression opportunities. * Onsite parking. Experience Requirements: * Telesales – outbound cold calling. * Lead generation. * Proven track record with B2B new business sales. * Strong communication skills. * Ambitious mentality and the mindset of wanting to progress and build a career within a company Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound sales calls in a high volume telesales environment to potential clients, focusing on cold calling techniques to generate leads. * Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Build and maintain relationships with businesses through telemarketing efforts. * Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve sales tactics. #Telesales #Lead Generating
