We’re seeking an individual with senior experience in a similar setting to supervise colleagues, administer medication, lead support planning, manage petty cash and client funds, and act as the point of contact in the absence of site leadership. Good numeracy skills are essential as will need to manage monies. No formal care qualifications required; full training provided, but GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths& English preferred. Candidates should be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification in Team Leadership and Management with Priory. Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths, but you'll also have a friendly, patient and positive approach to work. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support. You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living.
