Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to restaurant managers, venue managers and bars manager, helping them develop strong leadership and service skills. Design and deliver structured training programs to enhance service excellence, upselling techniques, and guest engagement. Support managers in optimizing labour costs, inventory control, and operational budgets.
