In this role you will be accountable for ensuring that the process/production team conforms to all required compliance requirements. You will assist the Site Leader in reviewing Invergordon's sites budgets and KPIs. You will lead by example and promote a culture within your team where safe working practises are strictly followed. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum engineering qualification at HND level or can fully demonstrate comparable experience. You should hold strong experience working within a manufacturing business and hold experience of plant operations and meeting production targets in a similar industry. The role: * Assist the Site Leader in setting the budget and the sites KPIs. * Ensure the process team are trained and competent to carry out their roles and tasks. * Knowledge and experience of following SOP's and RA. * Supporting with ongoing and new project works e.g. modifications, new plant commissioning etc. The person: * Educated to at least HND level in an engineering discipline (or equivalent) or can demonstrate comparable experience. * Previously worked for a manufacturing company and holds experience in plant operations and meeting production targets in the same or similar industry. * Permit to work experience. * Strong mathematical skills. * Full UK driving licence.
