Manufacture hydraulic systems, ensuring cleanliness and precision. Monitor and control materials to detect and address defects. Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Uphold safety standards and report any hazards or risks immediately. Participate in improvement initiatives such as Lean principles and 5S methodology. Attend daily briefings and contribute to discussions about operational improvements. Maintain high-quality output and ensure products meet required standards. Operate hand tools, including tube bending equipment, safely and effectively. Qualifications and Experience Essential: Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship, NC in a relevant subject. Experience: Proven background in a mechanical-based profession. Skills: Proficient with basic hand and power tools; able to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Desirable: Higher education in a relevant subject. Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Forklift and overhead crane certification. Skills and Attributes Ability to evaluate and apply technical information effectively.
