Key Task Areas and ResponsibilitiesTo plan menus for the school with reference to the dietary needs of our young people To undertake the monitoring of stocks by date rotation, portion control and quality and in accordance with the budgetary controls set To set up and clean down the kitchen areas before and after day to day use Toensure that necessary preparation is undertaken for the day/weekly demand/needs of the School To be observant of the need to minimise waste To provide suitable food to staff/pupils with special dietary requirements About Us Red Moor School is an independent special educational needs provision near Bodmin, Cornwall. The school facilitates tailored support for up to 60 pupils aged 5-18 whose needs are predominantly SEMH and ASD related. The school opened in September 2020 and has recently gone through significant refurbishment to allow our students to further benefit from our fantastic location and creativity of our staff team.
