Salary&OTE:£29,570 + Overtime My client, a well established dealership in Salisbury, Wiltshire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive the correct parts they need, whenthey need them. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Accurately interpret customer requests and provide expert advice on parts selection and pricing. Efficiently process parts orders using our inventorysystem (Kerridge OR 1Link experience preferred). Source and order unavailable parts to meet customer demands. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and potential delays. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed. Adhere to company policies,procedures, and safety regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.Qualifications: Proven experience in a motor trade parts environment. Previous use of kerridge, pinnacle or similar DMS systems is an advantage Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
