The Role As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, engaging with clients, and managing essential sales processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and customer reports. Managing customer enquiries, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent service. Assisting in coordinating and processing orders, ensuring timely delivery. Building relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person. Attending client meetings with senior team members to gain first-hand sales experience. Who We’re Looking For We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role is highly desirable. More than experience, we’re looking for someone with: Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in person. A proactive and motivated attitude – eager to learn and grow. Excellent organisation skills – able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. The ability to build strong client relationships and provide outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence – occasional travel may be required. Location&Working Hours Office-based in Wokingham.
