Reward Specialist - UK&Ireland Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home) Salary: Up to£60,000 + 10% annual bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Specialist to take the lead in developing and managing a comprehensive reward strategy. This role is integral to the HR function, working closely with senior leadership to ensure that pay, bonuses, and total rewards remain competitive and aligned with market trends. The role involves overseeing the global grading framework, working within an established system to ensure consistency and best practice. There is also the opportunity to collaborate with a wider network of reward specialists across the business.
