The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer with at least three years' experience of managing their own sale and purchase caseload. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Department and take responsibility for a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters. Your caseload will encompass sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions.
