You’ll manage existing caseloads and offer 1:1 support focused on resettlement and employment —helping people set goals, find housing, build confidence, and take steps toward work or training. What you’ll need: Experience in criminal justice or supporting people facing challenges like addiction, homelessness, or poor mental health Or a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experience You might be a resettlement worker, probation officer, housing support worker, employment advisor—or someone with a real passion for helping people rebuild.
