Due to an increase in the market we have an immediate requirement for an experienced full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:• Grow, service and maintain relationships with existing and new clients • Identifying opportunities to increase profits • Maintain and grow operative numbers under the direction of Management The Recruitment Consultant will primarily focus on servicing and identifying new business opportunities within current and new customer relationships. As a result, the position is directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of current and new customer growth and operative numbers. We expect the Recruitment Consultant to be able to have a reliable and professional approach to customer service and a results driven attitude. The goal is to recognise opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships which are based on built trust and client satisfaction.
