The Opportunity– Transmission and Distribution As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment. We are looking for a driven person who will bring with them a wealth of Business Development experience to attract top talent and win new business. You who will join our growing Energy Team on a Blue Collar Transmission& Distribution desk with great earning potential. Working with clients across the UK you will focus on the site resource such as Wireman, Fitters and Site Managers. You will grow, what we refer to as“your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
