Then this role could be for you! 50,000 - 65,000 (DOE) What you'll get? - Car or Car allowance - 25 Days holiday and the ability to purchase up to 5 additional days - Employee match pension scheme - Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs - Access to training programs, certifications and career advancement opportunities What you'll be doing? -Manage contractual issues alongside the Project Manager and Commercial management team. -Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and ensure proper subcontract agreements. -Control and assess subcontractor accounts, variations, and final settlements in line with company procedures. -Enhance the commercial performance of project teams. -Prime Project Managers on key contract risks and opportunities. -Participate in project validations and monthly reviews of profit, turnover, and cash receipts. -Manage changes to the scope of work, ensuring all variation orders are received and costs are agreed upon promptly. -Prepare comprehensive impact assessments on cost changes, installation periods, and project completion working closely with wider project teams. -Prepare and submit interim payment applications, analyse payment notices, and monitor cash receipts. -Recover outstanding debts and resolve financial exceptions. -Produce ongoing cost reconciliations and monthly project forecasts. -Develop proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Provide guidance to facilitate sound business decisions. What you'll need? - Chartered Membership of RICS or CIOB - NEC3 Contracts (NEC4 Desirable) - BA or BSc Degree - Valid Driving License Please Note Due to the nature of this work, you will need to be a Sole British National and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
