Quantity Surveyor Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of experience? Our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team. The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining profitability on a variety of exciting infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with the client's project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts. Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts. Handling subcontractor procurement and contract management. Providing accurate financial reports and cost control measures. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations (e.g., NEC/JCT).Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure.
