FINTEC recruit is seeking a Property Manager for our estate agent client near Hounslow.  This is a permanent position with salary up to circa £30,000 plus benefits including company car/fuel allowance.  Working within a fast moving busy work environment.  Working Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 18:00pm; working alternative Saturdays from  10:00am to 16:00pm Responsibilities:Manage maintenance repairs for letting properties and securing new business opportunities Register new tenants, arrange property viewing and completion of relevant documentation Conduct property matches and assist with negotiating offers for tenants and landlords and building relationships withproperty owners Skills and Experience required for the Property Manager role:- Experience within property management, meeting and exceeding targets Have excellent customer service skills, able to build strong relationships Experience with IT System ALTO or similar Have strong negotiating skills and a drive to succeed.
