The successful candidate will manage an administrative team, support project delivery, and work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the administrative team, including appraisals, training, and development. * Identify gaps in the supply chain, source new suppliers and subcontractors, and negotiate contracts. * Gather feedback from clients on past projects and future requirements to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. * Attend stakeholder meetings to communicate expectations, key dates, contracts, and commercial details effectively. * Develop tender-stage project programmes, monitor critical paths, and oversee project lifecycle schedules. Required Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience in private networks or the renewable energy sector. * In-depth knowledge of current health and safety legislation. * Strong organizational and project planning abilities, with excellent attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders. * Experience in implementing and improving processes to enhance project delivery efficiency.
