The Company * A dynamic and innovative CSA specialist. Their principal areas of operation are Groundworks, Concrete Works including RC Structures and Basements, Underground Services, Structural Alterations and External Works including Fencing. A proven track record of successfully working in the most exacting environments including a large number of Data Centres and Pharmaceutical facilities. They have been operating in Europe since early 2017 and has completed projects in the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. The Role * A project Manager for a Data Cantre in the Netherlands. You must have strong civils experience, ideally with a RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor. You will have a large team which will include Engineers, QA Manager, Health&Safety Manager, Quantity Surveyor and a strong site on the ground. You will report into the regional Director. * You will take the operation lead and ensure the project will be on schedule and in a safe manner. You will liase with the client daily to discuss progress.
