This is a great opportunity to get involved in multiple and a wide variety of projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll lead and support groundbreaking projects from their inception to successful handover. Responsibilities: • Provide support in the day-to-day management of the PMO. • Coordinate and monitor the progress of projects and programmes. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, andwithin budget. • Assist in resolving project issues and mitigating risks. • Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks. • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements. • Assist in monitoring and reporting on project and programme performance. • Help manage resource allocation and capacity planning. • Assist in managing the PMO budget and ensuring efficient use of resources. • Act as a point of contact for project and programme stakeholders, managing expectations where appropriate • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. • Asist with the preparation and execution of the team’s objectives, budgets and financial record • Identify opportunities and implement change leading to team development, system improvement and good value for money Ideal Candidate: • Educated to Degree level or with equivalent experience • APMP/PMP/ISEB PM Certificate or equivalent • PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Lifecycle process experience • Able to manage programmes/projects • Able to engage and communicate effectively with project and non-project people at every level. • Able to ‘get’ Project and Programme Management principles, tools&techniques.• Able to facilitate and produce project schedules Cherry Professional are recruiting on behalf of their client Roles you may have applied for: Project Manager, PMO Manager, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager or Programme Manager Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
