Location: Full-time, office-based in Tadworth, Surrey Job Purpose: Join our team as a Project Administrator and seize the opportunity to gain hands-on training while building your skills in project management. In this role, you'll work closely with our Project Team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes for our customers, making a real impact every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently input data and commissioning forms into Jira and other systems. * Track budgets and project expenditures. * Organise project meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking. * Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting. * Contribute to creating project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. * Perform data quality validation checks using systems like SCADA, Bureau, and MAP. * Manage stock control for incoming and outgoing goods. * Undertake general administrative tasks and processes related to the project. * Proactively suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Key Success Factors: * Timely and accurate data entry and reporting. * Effective budget tracking and stock management. * High-quality stakeholder communication and meeting coordination. * Consistently delivered support that ensures smooth project execution. Qualifications and Experience Required: * General education including GCSE passes or equivalent. * Previous administrative experience. * Familiarity with IT equipment and the Microsoft Office suite. * Database experience is an advantage. * Full driving license and access to a car.
