The programme involves a large-scale infrastructure project in a nuclear environment, including design, construction, and commissioning of complex facilities. Top Essential Criteria: Strong knowledge across various industry sectors. Well-rounded experience, preferably across the entire project lifecycle, but open to those with expertise in the development or construction delivery phases. Strong background in managing change control processes and baseline management. Extensive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including working with executives and regulators. Ability to work under pressure in a highly regulated environment. Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships effectively. Key Experience: A recognised formal Project Management qualification is required (e.g., PMP, Prince2). Experience in complex and regulated environments, particularly within infrastructure, nuclear, oil&gas, or process industries. Proven self-starter who thrives in high-pressure situations.
