Production Technician– Shop Fitting Installation | Gatwick area | Mon - Fri + overtime | £30,000 - £35,000 Aim Search are partnered with a global retail installation and display business, they are recruiting for a Production Technician at their offices in the Gatwick area, along side their talented production and install team, you will play a crucial role in building, assembling and adapting window and store display concepts. They have a fast-paced turnover of projects and need to be agile in their approach to achieving what sometimes feels like an impossible task. A range of production/ build skills will berequired and previous experience in retail window installations is optimal, but training will be provided. As the Production Technician you will need to work well under pressure, remaining calm and delivering to tight deadlines. About the Production Technician opportunity: • General build tasks,eg. cutting wooden bases to size, drilling holes in fixtures for cable management, assembling clip/bolt together metal framework • Installing projects into store with the team • Derigging, packing and load projects ready for install • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet standards and adhere to safety regulations.
