IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our reputable client based in South Kirkby. This role involves working with timber products and installing safety components, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: * Handling and assembling timber products * Heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. * Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications. * Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance. * Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for assembly tasks. * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. * Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise. * Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
