A large agricultural company situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk are currently recruiting for a Product Support Engineer. This is a permanent position paying between£29,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Who are the company? This business manufacture agricultural equipment that is sold across the world, have been established for over 40 years and have an excellent reputation in their sector. What does the position involve? As a Product Support Engineer you will be working closely with the After sales team Conduct Product Training sessions for customers, dealers and internal teams Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides Build&maintain strong relationships with customers Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, prioritise tasks and implement effective solutions in high pressured situations Assist with duties in the workshop if required Provide sound technical assistance to customers and dealers with any issues that arise and resolve the issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime where possible Candidate requirements: NVQ/Diploma or similar in Engineering is required Will be a strong user of all MS office programs Fantastic communication skills Ability to read from technical drawings Prior knowledge working with electrics, hydraulics and mechanics Company Perks: Statutory pension 30 days holiday (including bank holiday and shut down over Christmas) Company mobile phone&laptop provided Own tools supplied Credit card supplied Pool van given when travelling Work wear and PPE given Free parking If you are a Product Support Engineer looking for a new challenge, apply online today or for more information, please speak with Tom, Carl or Jack.
