Your role:• Solving Manufacturing Problems: You will apply engineering principles and methods to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, both internally and within our extended supply chain. • Project Management: Lead projects aimed at enhancing Quality and productivity through continuous improvement(CI) initiatives, engineering changes, and capital/value stream projects. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, taking ownership of and addressing a diverse range of manufacturing and process challenges. • Innovation: Develop and implement new processes and manufacturing equipment, leveraging digital technologies to support our cutting-edge products and drive continuous improvement.
