Job Purpose To complete all types of joinery, building maintenance and refurbishment work in accordance with specifications, building regs and to a high standard. This role WILL require travel throughout the North West and up to Cumbria. VERY rarely travel may take you to Solihull&North Wales. Key Duties Carry out all types of joinery repairs and maintenance Assess the parts needed for a job and place orders for those parts. Carry out Risk Assessments as required. Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building regulations, and follows safety requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer questions. Provide professional assessments and advice for customers. Organise workload effectively Possess working knowledge of City&Guilds Advanced craft cert in Carpentry and Joinery (NVQ level 3) or equivalent. Participate in an emergency‘out of hours’ service as required, including carrying out other multi skilled trades work where necessary.
