We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Regional Construction team.  Location: Plymouth or Exeter Contract: Full Time, Permanent   What will you be responsible for?   As the Digital Construction Manager within our digital construction function will focus on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception toin use. Applicants will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements. You will report ongoing progress and highlight any risk to the project team/line manager to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques. Within the role, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Monitor the completion of our IM Gateway forms across all tenders to fulfil assurance procedures relating to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations. Responsible for ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects. Responsible for ensuring the use of the common data environment to manage, share and exchange information, adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects. Support and audit the project team to ensure standards, methods and procedures using specified software / workflows are in use, Share best practice with Head of Digital Construction and work on continued improvement of PLM resources. Responsible for promoting digital strategies that are implemented across the business and projects and provide feedback to Senior Digital Construction Manager to ensure progress is being made and commitment to documentation is being observed.   What are we looking for?   We're looking for applicants with the following skills and attributes: Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents Can discuss in detail open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability. Enthusiastic and keen to use new technologies to improve traditional waysof working. Innovative by sharing ideas and challenging standard practices.
