My client, a national housing developer is looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager for a traditional build scheme based in Peterborough, consisting of 120+ units, multi-phased scheme, HA The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an Assistant Site manager within a production team on similar new build traditional build projects. Someone who is keen, driven and wants to build a successful career with a growing business. Duties, No2, Assistant Site Manager reporting in to the Site Manager Support with inductions and toolbox talks Working in line with company programmes and have a clear understanding of customer care Programming Ensure sub-contractors and trades staff are working inline with programme and targets Ensure any issues that cannot be rectified are brought to the attention of the No'1 on site.
