PE Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 Inspire students to engage in sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyles Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to different abilities and interests Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback Organise school sports events, clubs, and extracurricular activities Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect through physical education Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain high standardsin all PE activities Physical Education Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualifications in Physical Education Experience as a PE Teacher in a UK secondary school setting Strong classroom management and communication skills A passion for sports and encouraging student participation Ability to teach a variety of sports and physical activities Commitment to student development and well-being An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one) Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
