We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Clifton who require a patient care coordinator on a permanent full time basis. Duties include (but not limited to) *· Taking inbound calls from patients * · Booking Appointments * · Post * · Scanning of documents * · Updating patient details onto the database Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
