Job Title: Partner Manager (Copilot) Remote: 100% remote role (must be UK based) 18 month PAYE contract We are looking for an experienced Partnerships professional to work on developing and managing our clients Partnership ecosystem across the EMEA region. Please note that there is more than one opening for this role and they are also seeking a fluent French speaker. Skills Needed You will have the technical expertise, coaching and pre-sales skills to drive successful outcomes for both partners and customers. As a Copilot Partner Manager, you will be responsible for enabling and empowering partners to deliver high-quality solutions based on the Microsoft tech stack especially Copilot. This role requires contact with C-level stakeholders within enterprise clients - as such proven experience of presenting to, and building relationships with SLTs will be essential. Duties Working closely with the partner ecosystem as well as sales, product, and marketing teams. Partner Programs: developing partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources. Educate partners on program benefits and requirements, identify and match partner needs with the right resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions for partners. Coach sales teams through initial deals, support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach. Work together with partners and help them formulate their market strategy. How they are positioned in the market, what their competitive advantage is and how they can execute on the market strategy. Additional Experience Needed Ability to increase partner capacity for new and upcoming products IE MS products such as Copilot for M365. Shorten the period between product and partners being self-sufficient in selling, technical implementing, and driving usage of new services. Be the champions for collected product and process feedback, insights, and learnings Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
