In this vital role, you will provide high-quality legal and administrative support to assist in the delivery of childcare and family-related legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents, including court bundles, statements, and case summaries. Supporting solicitors with case management for public law childcare matters. Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with internal departments, social workers, and external legal representatives. Ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work. Skills and Requirements: Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within childcare or family law. Strong understanding of legal processes in public law childcare cases. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information professionally.
