As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles, mixing paint to ensure an exact match, and spraying vehicles to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for spray painting, ensuring all surfaces are ready Mix paint accurately to ensure a perfect match with the vehicle Perform spray painting tasks with precision and attention to detail Conduct quality checks on all completed work to ensure high standards and no defects Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician in the automotive industry Extensive hands-on experience working with water-based paints City Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation preferred Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques Stable work history, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work efficiently and independently, meeting deadlines Why Join Us?
