Paint Line Operative Bedford Salary:£12.50 - £14.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Hours:Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm or Monday to Thursday 2pm - midnight (Premium uplift 20% on wages after 6pm) Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain paint line equipment with precision and care. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning andpriming. Applying paint and coatings Monitor and control paint quality, thickness, and consistency. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Qualifications: Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
